"Perfect la spezia"

The apartment was new and beautifully done with all we needed for our stay a small balcony overlooking a busy square was great for people watching,it's 5-10 min walk to train station so handy for our travel on cinque terre,Francesco was always on hand if needed and very friendly and helpful.I would recommend staying in this place it's perfect stay in a great town with quick links by train to the region and great bars and restaurants all around you.

"Excellent price to quality ratio, recommended"

Brand new apartments in the centre of the city. Comfortable bed, nice balcony to drink wine at, tea and coffee facilities are in place. All in all green light from our side for everybody.

It would be nice to have a bottle opener to accompany a pair of kindly provided wine glasses. We have not found a toilet brush.
