Very very very upset. Showing a good room online and giving me a very small room. cleaning once in a week, towel change once in two weeks. washing machine and dryer, making noise next to my door. No kettle, broken light, tap, on top of the sink mirror glass is also broken.

Everything. Their online pictures are very deceiving. Although they tried to come with a solution, it was too late. I hope that this review can be taken constructively and get them to do better. Booking.com should do thorough inspections on these premises before selling them to the public. My horrendous experience makes me weary of the reviews featured here so please take every review with a grain of salt.
