GBGBThe property is located in a silent area, it's clean and serene. However the big minuses are: The heating in the room was poor, I virtually battled with cold throughout my stay. Also TV programmes( ordinary BBC news I couldn't watch) were not showing, the screen displayed " Not programmed" for all the channels searched.
The room temperature was too cold, heater was not working properly
GBGBGBNice property, very clean, bedroom layout good, kitchen well equipped, Room warm with the option to boost heating when the temperature dipped which was very useful. Ensuite bathroom really clean, shower worked well with plenty of hot water.
Was sent several emails upon booking, with all room info and asking me what time i expected to arrive to check in and advising me i would be sent a key code to access door keys just before arriving, which i did not receive had to get in touch with booking.com as could not get through on contact number they provided, after 40 mins of sitting outside property in my car the problem was sorted and the maintenance man arrived with my keys. Also bad wifi connection to smart tv in my room so i was unable to watch it, i did mention this in the courtesy call i received after mix up of not receiving my keys but it wasn’t followed up.

- mattress wasn’t comfortable but staff they gonna change it
