Luxury suite 2 min dal Politeama - Free Parking

Great location for exploring Palermo on foot. Very handy to have private parking spot. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was good and large. Lounge and TV were comfortable.

The lighting was difficult to use, and I don’t like the blue lights. The kitchen is a bit too small to be able to do proper meal preparation.

The location was walking distance to restaurants and attractions.

The parking was dark but it was fine.

Appartamento spazioso e in ottima posizione. Dotato di aria condizionata , fondamentale in Sicilia. Pulito, con balconcino molto carino. Utilissimo il posto auto privato.

L'illuminazione dell'appartamento é scarsa. Il mobile all'ingresso é un pochino ingombrante. La tenda della doccia in bagno. per il resto tutto ok!

Centrally situated within easy walking distance to all historical sites and a large selection of restaurants. The parking facilities is a big bonus, safe and giving direct access to the apartment. Fantastic beaches are only 20 minutes by bus.

Es ist eine großzügige, ruhige, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die hervorragend zentral in der Stadt im 4. Stock liegt. Ein besonders wichtiger Punkt und sehr zu empfehlen, war die im Preis inklusive Parkmöglichkeit in einer abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage! Ebenfalls war ein ständiger Kontakt mit den freundlichen und immer hilfsbereiten Vermietern möglich.

Hier gab es nichts zu kritisieren.

L'appartamento è perfetto! Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima, appena fuori dal centro di Palermo ma vicinissimo alla via centrale dove si trova lo street food la sera. Si trova al quarto piano ma l'ascensore funziona benissimo. Ottimo il fatto di avere il parcheggio a disposizione con cancello automatico, proprio come essere a casa propria. Nell'appartamento ci sono un sacco di cassetti e armadi dove riporre le cose, l'aria condizionata funziona. Esperienza di check in e check out ottima fatta in autonomia con le indicazioni super chiare e dettagliate dei proprietari. Nel complesso assolutamente consigliato

The apartment is well located in a more quiet neighborhood location while still being within walking distance of several lively piazzas and more popular tourist locations. The booking included a private garaged spot. The apartment itself had unique and interesting furnishings with ample storage/space. The balcony provided an interesting view onto the adjoining buildings and street below. Street parking nearby had decent availability and was quite cheap.

We had some issues, but others may not. Decide if the below is important for you. 1) Check-in required meeting the cleaning lady to receive the keys and open the garage gate to park. Check-out required the same. This required us to be at the property at a specific time and plan our day around check-in/check-out. Communication with her was difficult as we could not contact her directly, only the host. We wanted to do things before arriving and after leaving, which meant we could not go too far and had to double back at the assigned check-in/check-out times. We spent a total of two hours extra not really doing what we wanted as a result. I would encourage the host to: a) Put guests in contact directly with who they will check-in/out with b) Consider remote check-in/out via electronic locks or a keybox 2) The thermostat for the apartment was set to 24 C with a sign indicating not to adjust it. The temperature was uncomfortable for us and we found it poor hospitality to not allow guests to adjust it. We understand the cost of cooling, but 24 C is uncomfortable. 3) The balcony sliding door does not lock properly; it can be opened from outside. There is at least one adjoining balcony where someone could climb over and enter. People with valuable electronics/cash/etc. may be wary of storing them in the apartment. We did not ask about issues 2/3 as we only stayed one night. They may be able to fix them for you. 4) Unlike many Booking locations there is a substantial cleaning fee only revealed at check-out. We were tired of looking and accepted it, but would have considered other options knowing the true price. 5) The host reached out the very next morning requesting us to submit a review. We were still on our trip and did not want to spend our limited vacation time on this. They have since followed up via text several times. Writing thoughtful reviews takes time, and not all guest may want to write them.
