Luxury suite 2 min dal Politeama - Free Parking

We stayed here for three nights in May. This is a very convenient apartment for visiting Palermo on foot. We parked the car in the underground garage and left it there apart from when we visited Monreale- you must go there to visit the cathedral. The apartment is very modern and well- equipped. I was delighted that the washing machine had a short programme to catch up quickly with the laundry we had amassed over a week. The owner was there to meet us when we arrived and was most obliging and easy to contact on WhatsApp. We would recommend this apartment.

This was a pretty average apartment. Most things were functional (except the wi-fi which just didn’t work for either myself or my partner) but there was nothing really great about it. It was relatively quiet at night. It’s on the 4th floor and there is an elevator. The ground level door is secured with a door code.

The wi-fi didn’t work so we just used my mobile roaming as a hotspot. The interior of the apartment had some very strange parts - a wall with translucent blue panel lighting, storage cabinetry that protruded into the living area, the washing machine on the balcony. Also the balcony overlooks an unsightly roof and narrow street below so it’s not attractive to sit there even though there is a nice little table and chair set. No internal dining table. The location is just off a street with high fashion store so if you like shopping it’s good but it’s a 10-15 min walk to the streets where all the atmosphere, fun and markets are located.

Spacious and nicely furnished apartment for a couple. Location is within walking distance of the major sights, restaurants, and shopping. Host/host's dad are friendly and easy to deal with. Private parking in underground garage was a big plus. Only downsides were external noise from the street late at night, especially at the weekend, and the wifi stopped working during our stay.

Splendid location, including a private Garage for the car. The Hosts are very helpful so we had 4 beautiful days in Palermo.

Great location very close to good restaurants and shopping town. About 20 minute walking distance to old town center. Apartment is spacious and having a well equipped kitchen. One of the best part is free underground parking. Owner's fathet welcomed us on behalf of the owner and opened garage gate. He was very kind to explain many things about the apartment and neiborhoods.

The room was little bit dark. Otherwise nothing to criticize.

Studio apartment that felt very modern. Underground parking (underneath the apartment building) with a reserved spot that’s big enough for SUV was very convenient. Air conditioning worked great. Internet speeds were excellent (250 Mbps download AND 250 Mbps upload speed). Host was very helpful with communication and recommendations. Very close to a 24hour supermarket and many good restaurants. Felt very safe at night.

What i liked about the apartment was the location and the private parking space. I also liked the bathroom with the huge mirror and the air conditioning was also really nice because it was cold quickly.

What i did not like was that there was no vacuum cleaner for our longer stay. What we did have was a dust pan but that is a little hard to do the whole apartment to clean the floor. What we also did not like is that we had 4/5 min of hot water and after that it was getting cold. And also the owner of the apartment was on holiday and his dad took over, but he did not give is all the information we needed. For example when we asked him we we needed to leave the apartment if there we coming new people for the booking and he said “ don’t worry about it “ and then the next morning at 10:30 we needed to leave the apartment quickly because the cleaning lady was there and there were people coming in at 12:30, so we would like to know that the day before when we asked. But other than that every thing was great and they were nice people. I would still highly recommend to book it.

Great place to stay! Super comfortable and clean, has everything you need. AC works great, very stylish. Great part of town, felt very safe.
