Reef & Beach Resort - Spa Jambiani

The food options and access to water and beautiful views.

Very busy… not enough beach lounges for everyone. Guests put their towels on lounges to reserve them and keep them all day. Most of the staff were friendly and nice but some looked like they would rather be somewhere else.

- 2ème fois dans cet hôtel, l’expérience était encore mieux que la première - Installations top et accessibles, piscine à bonne température, très grande et agréable. - Personnel top et attentionné - Repas bons et variés avec du choix - Le ponton est top - Vue incroyable de tous les cotés de l’hôtel - Singes dans l’hôtel donc petit plus sympa - Clinique au sein de l’hôtel donc top en cas de besoin

- Les desserts étaient généralement bof et assez répétitifs malheureusement - les transats sont pris dès 7-8h du matin (ce qui n’était pas le cas à l’époque) - Pas possible de commander un taxi à la réception, il faut passer par le bureau des excursions donc plus longue attente

Die Anlage ist prima und das Personal super freundlich! Beim Essen ist auch viel Abwechslung bei und wenn man etwas von der Insel sehen will, dann wird einem alles ermöglicht.

WLAN könnte noch etwas besser sein.

You can relax, it is not crowded although Resort was full. Staff super friendly. Bar is great. Bar on the beach fantastic. Rooms are big enough. Gaming area above main restaurant is really good.

Gym is dark, not well ventilated and electric machines most of them are not working. Great opportunity for improvement.

This is by far the most amazing property in Zanzabar from the staff to the food. This chain of hotels knows how to do it right they cater to every single dietary restriction, very easy and effortlessly, including vegan and gluten-free. You can try local Zanzabar cuisine and different food every single day and also they just added an amazing Indian restaurant! The chefs are available anytime to make you special food upon request! This is something you will not find at another hotel . The staff here is absolutely wonderful everyone from Daniel and Julius to the front and manager who did everything to make our stay wonderful . There was a mistake in our booking so we had to move rooms 4 times but it was absolutely perfect and I felt no stress at all ! The eagle Ray Diving center is absolutely spectacular and I enjoyed many dives there. My only regret is not staying longer and trying out a different hotel! I cannot wait to come back next year for my third time. The pool is huge and deep so there’s so much fun to be had. This is probably the only resort in Zanzabar where the owner has the Messiah under control and they don’t harass you. You can actually walk on the beach and enjoy your stay and not be bothered which is impossible anywhere else!!

The spa services are amazing, but it does need a little updating! And I would love a new dartboard.
