Pas trop trop loin de l'aeroport. Pratique pour une nuit de transit pour ensuite partir ailleurs.

Personnel pas concerné, pas agreable. Rien autour pour trouver à manger. Cuisine de l hotel pas bonne. Et j avais reservé un certain type de chambre, ils m'ont mis dans une autre chambre qui n'etait pas du tout la meme, rien a voir avec les photos de celle que j'avais reservé. Je n ai pas compris pourquoi. Service client a revoir.

The hotel is very close to Surat Thani Airport, which is convenient if you have an early flight. The owners were polite and did try to help when we raised concerns. They changed our room promptly when we found reptiles inside (more on that below

This place is basically a jungle lodge pretending to be a hotel. Our room had a giant gecko and several lizards. When we changed rooms, we got a new set of reptiles. You can't get Grab or any taxi service here, and there are no restaurants within 2 km. You're totally dependent on the hotel for food, which they often forget to order — twice they just didn’t bother, and when they did, it took two hours. Breakfast is two slices of bread, a spoon of jam, and coffee. That’s it. Rooms aren’t cleaned unless you specifically ask, and even then, only when they have time. No invoice was issued when we checked out, and the staff doesn’t speak any English — so you're completely on your own. Stay here only if you want to camp indoors with reptiles and no food.

We had a 3rd floor room in the older concrete building. Stair railings were fabricated with construction rebar. When I grabbed on a section descending the very step stairs with luggage, a weld was detached on a vertical hand hold which was very dangerous. Accommodations were very primitive but for the price, adequate. Staff was average.
