The location is quiet during the day, a little remote but close to the airport, I booked for two nights just to relax and get over the jet lag, it was perfect for what I needed. The staff are very friendly, the room service is excellent and the food is very nice.

The complimentary breakfast is poor, 4 slices of snow white toast with jam and no butter, I would prefer butter and no jam. You get tea and coffee with coffeemate, not only does tea taste awful with coffeemate the coffee isn't hot enough to melt it so you just get lumps which makes it undrinkable. The shower head would not stay up so I had to tie it up with a piece of string, there is also a bath, which I would have used instead but tere was no hot water. The kettle sits on top of a counter top fridge which is on the floor, this means that the plug lead will not reach the socket so I had to rearrange the furniture to use the kettle, I bought my own tea mug, tea bags, sugar milk and some plastic spoons, none of which is supplied in the room. At night it isn't so quiet, there are monkeys in the surrounding forest and they chase eachother across the roof making one hell of a racket, obviously this is not the owners fault, it's just worth mentioning as none of reviews I read did. To be fair none of these things would stop me from staying here again and for the price most people will be pleasantly surprised.

The property was clean and convenient from the airport. They had a room service menu which was delivered in about 45 minutes. The bed and sheets were very comfortable.

The location isn’t around anything else. It is very convenient to airport but there aren’t any other restaurants in immediate walking distance.

AC not strong enough so room was very hot until about midnight. Toil door would not shut properly so once closed, a second person had to open the door from outside. The wifi was quite weak on the second floor so video calling was not possible.There wad a strong smell coming from the shower for about 1 hour at 8pm in the evening. Since there were no Grabs available at 11am, we asked the receptionist to order a taxi for us. She just pointed to the taxi number and made us call them ourselves. Overall, the staff was not really friendly or smiley or helpful. We only stayed one night, which was good as there is nothing to do there besides wait for your flight
