88 Fine Hotel @ Suratthani Airport

We really enjoyed staying here for a one night layover between commuting from Surat Thani airport to Khao Sok national park. The room is quite big with a massive shower and unexpectedly a bath. It's fairly modern, very clean. The people who work here are nice and they bring you some simple toast (although not very toasted by Western standards) and black coffee at your chosen time in the morning. Highly recommend a stay here if its just for a night like ourselves

Nothing major, there is no private balcony if you want to smoke with privacy.

Excellent staff, very comfortable bed. Great value for money.

Very good equipped room (really everything you need!), comfortable bed and a lot of space. Bathroom and Toilet are seperate. It's good to get some rest after or before a flight. Breakfast was simple but happy to get some.

Walls are thin so you hear every word from the neighbor room. Airport Taxi should be reserved in advance, otherwise there might be no availability.

The outside of the hotel looks modern.

We requested and early check in that was 8h before check-in time and were also willing to pay for it, but they said it costs the same as a whole day. Not 50% or something, but one additional day. That's ridiculous and we didn't end up going for it then. And this place is in the middle of nowhere with no shops or amenities around, so we basically spent taxi money both ways to just drop bags and go back to the center. The rooms themselves are pretty basic. The bathroom configuration is very bad and the water seeps out into the bathroom when you shower. There is big bathtub that occupies most of the bathroom and is visible from the bedroom through a glass window. There is no shade or anything if you want to take a bath in privacy. There was water damage in the ceilings and overall, the place might look good from outside, but it is poorly built, not maintained well and the check-in policies are greedy, unfair and inconsiderate towards clients. They also charge more for a taxi shuttle to airport than if you directly book with grab or taxi drivers. So overall, don't recommend at all.

Easy location for airport (have to pay for transfer). Room was big and clean. Very steep stairs to it! Complimentary coffee in the morning. Nothing much nearby but they offer food to the room which was good.

A good stay if you‘re stranded at the airport and need to stay the night. The price value balance is quiet good and the staff was very friendly and committed.

Near the airport, room is very comfortable, bathroom is very well equiped with bathtub. Perfect for a quick stop to airport or if you have anything to deal with nearby. Transfer to airport is smooth and staff efficient on time.

Everything was better than expected.
