88 Fine Hotel @ Suratthani Airport

No response and worse location. Not safe at all . No lights or directions to the hotel . We were not even able to reach the hotel in night .We had to check in with another hotel in Surat Thani town

We chose this hotel to be close to the airport as we were flying early the following morning.

They first gave us a room on the 3rd floor (no lift) and it was boiling. Even after 45min with the AC it was more fresh outside. They moved us to a ground floor room in the shadow and it was better. The owner gave us a ride to the airport which it is only 10-15min and he overcharged us, 200Thb!

I don't really like writing negative reviews but I feel like people must be aware. 1. Most of the time, the staff are nowhere to be found. 2. The staff cannot even speak and understand simple english, they had to call the owner all the time so I could discuss or ask things. 3. The staff never collect the used utensils unless you tell them (in fact even when I told them once, they ignored it, and I had to repeat my body language). 4. The location is far from everything, except to the airport. 5. The staff does not know customer service at all, not even a simple smile. 6. BEWARE! Early check-in cost Baht200 without even informing me first. 7. BEWARE! Since I stayed for 2days, I decided to just rest and save money from spending outside since this hotel is far-off, so I just ordered food from their optionless-menu, but unfortunately, I felt like more ripped off by this place, bcoz upon checked-out, my bill was higher than expected and it's good I checked the receipt first bcoz two food items were overpriced, not to mention of the other charges like early check-in, service charge which I did not even get good service from, plant-rice which I did not even ask for, the extra 2 water bottles which I thought was free for my second day stay. OMG! This is a shocking experience to learn from. 8. Aircondition's temperature was unstable.
