FabExpress Gateway Inn - 700m from Gateway of India

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown

The room was on 3rd floor and there was no elevator/lift. I had to climb almost 180 stairs every time. It was on height. Old building with absolute no space to walk inside the room. Toilets are the worst. Overall it wasn't a property I would recommend to anyone. Way too much charges for such hotel.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Tv was working fine. There was AC. Staff very polite and cooperative.

The key hole on the outside of the room door was broken. Everythime I locked the door when going out, it had to be opened with a screwdriver. Huge safety concern. Room very congested. Hard for even a single person to move around. It was a deluxe room. AC remote was not working. AC was set unchangeable at 19°. Toilet flush was not working well. I developed friendship with that one cockroach in the bathroom.

The hotel abad inn has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. A truly memorable stay!

The room was fairly clean and the guys at the reception are nice and helpful, but those are the only positive aspects, anyway it was absolutely not like those shown in the picture.

The room did not have a window, was very small and smelled of a closed humid place. Above all, we had to share our space with a community of cockroaches, who roamed around the floor and the bathroom. The building where the hotel is located was in a depleted state, and very badly kept. The hotel is located on the third floor, when we went out of the hotel the first evening there were two big rats that were searching for food into two garbage bags left on the floor. Definitely not worth the price we paid for the room.

Nice stay in mumbai . It was a very good stay. Services are really good. Staff were nice and friendly.
