La Perla Medano 1

Super ausgestattetes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht für die Selbstversorgung. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat gepasst. Wir fühlten uns auch sehr sicher dort. Außerdem gab es überdurchschnittliche Extras - wie den Innenhof-Pool, Welcome-Wein und Schoko, kleiner Bücherschrank von Reisenden etc. Lage war gleich am Meer aber nicht mitten im lauten Tourismus Zentrum.

Es war alles super, gab höchstens Kleinigkeiten. Die Kaffeemaschine war schwer zu bedienen und es wäre toll wenn es Basics wie Salz und Öl gäbe. Der Ort ist sehr windig und durch die Lage vom Balkon kann man dort manchmal schwer sitzen. Aber war fast alles perfekt, vor allem für den Preis!

Limpieza extrema, olía genial. Cocina equipadisima. Accesorios básicos incluidos. Cosas como papel cocina, distergen, papel higiénico, gel, champú, nespresso con cápsulas de cortesía, botellas de agua y chocolates de bienvenida. No hace falta que compres nada de esto, se agradece muchísimo. Ubicación excelente. Plaza de parking amplia, nosotros llevamos nuestra multivan. Jorge muy atento a nosotros. Comunidad muy tranquila y silenciosa.

This place is a dream. Spotless clean, beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from super comfy beds to strong Wi-Fi. The view from the terrace? Unreal. Ocean, beautiful architecture and palm trees all in one perfect frame. Peaceful location, but still close to everything. And the hosts? Just wow. They are the kindest, most welcoming people we’ve ever met – warm, generous, and always ready to help with anything. We truly felt like we were staying with friends, not just in a rental. They even welcomed us with sweets and a bottle of local wine – such a beautiful gesture! I recommend this place. It has soul, charm, and an energy that makes you never want to leave. We’ll definitely be coming back – this was more than just a stay, it was an experience.

The host was lovely and approachable. Apartment was clean and just like in pictures. We had everything you needed in the kitchen, bathroom and rooms. Private pool of the building is clean and maintained, we spent many hours there. Garage private space for parking is great. The city is really lovely and is a great starting location to explore Tenerife. We already plan to come back and will definitely come back to this apartment. Highly recommends 10/10

When we arrived at the property and we went inside it was really a surprise for us, home was very clean and smelled gut, with all the tools in the kitchen, also towels and even sunbeds for beach. Jorge (the Owner) had helped us with the location, with some recommendations where to eat good food. He was always available when there was a problem. We really enjoyed one week of staying there and for sure we will come again and again. Rosa, the cleaning woman was also very friendly and sweet I can recommend 10/10 It was our first time in Tenerife but not the last one and at La Perla Medano also

The apartment looks even better then on pictures. All equipment and location great. There are towels, shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and even some stuff for beach as umbrella or chairs

There is an airport close so you can hear the planes.

The apartment was a good size and had great facilities. It was also very close to restaurants in the centre of Medano, which was great for evenings. Medano itself is very well placed and has excellent transport links.
