La Perla Medano 1

The apartment is well situated - there's virtually everyting in hand reach distance, which was essential for me this time (I had my hand and foot cracked in an accident not long before the trip) - beach, shops, cafes. We managed to reach the place from TFS airport just in 30-40 minutes by community bus service which was bearable even for me. The host greeted us with a bottle of wine which was exactly we needed after quite a long trip. The intenet is good and the TV in the living room has hdmi cable long enough to use your own laptop as a source. The pool is welcoming as well - to get there you need to just descend one level so it was a daily adventure for my kid. Also we used a terrace for our breakfasts - my wife's favourite choice, lol. I recommend this place and host - I hope we'll be visiting this place soon again.

I'd appreciate to have some toddler chair or booster around as furniture in the appartment is more suitable for adults. We spent some time comforting our kid on the terrace. We used some pillows from the living room to make him reach the cups and dishes on the table, sorry for any mess caused by that.

Very clean and cozy apartment with everything you need to have a great stay. The location is perfect. Very close to the Beach and medano City Center yet not so crowded. The swimming pool was also clean. Both the owner and the cleaning stuff are very nice, friendly, helpful and flexible. We loved our stay in la Perla.

From the beginning this place impressed. Rosa the cleaner allowed us bag drop early and changed the tv (netflix etc included) to english. Decor is modern, stylish and contemporary and the kitchen is very well stocked. It's spotless and the coffee machine was excellent. This is definitely the best we have stayed in on this trip.

Beautiful clean accommodation with all necessary equipment. Nice pool. A parking space in the garage is a big advantage. The owner is very friendly.

Very well equied apartment, there is a small coffee maker, sunbeds, big balcony with the table and chairs, room and pool towel sets, all kinds and sizes of glasses and dishes. Water temperature and pressure is excellent. Special thing is the underground parking. El Medano beach and walkway is close by as well as the department store (open also on Sundays). The town is lively and beautiful. You can hike to Mount Roja right from the apartment.

Note that the pool hours are short and it is open only from 10:00.

It was central, clean and had all the facilities needed for a longer stay. We also really enjoyed the welcome from Jorge, who took the time to explain us a lot of things and to answer all the questions we had. Thank you for the lovely stay!
