The toilet was not flushing

No enough toiletries and the bed was not comfortable

The kettle still had water in from the previous guest. There was no milk options at all avaliable. And the TV was hanging off the wall onto the floor on its side.

The room was cozy and comfortable, everything we needed and away from the busy city centre

Self check in, which i like as its hasle free. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. The room was very clean.

The room was very tired. Towels provided were very worn and covered in bleach stains. Tea and coffee facilities were provided, however the coffee jar had been there for some time and was a hard lump stuck to the bottom. ( I turned the jar upside down and the coffee did not budge). Personally, I felt more like I was staying over at someone's house, without the personal interaction. I was surprised to be asked to remove any rubbish from the room as we leave ( not that we had alot). Bins were provided, but no bin bag, which made us feel like the hosts did not want us to use it. Im sure the hosts are lovely, but little things made us feel awkward and not relaxing for our stay.
