3 Bedroom Home in the Dale’s, Very close to Ipswich town centre.

The house smelt fresh and clean. Someone had cleaned and washed the sheets before our arrival. Even the garden was tidy and the kids found a little inflatable football to keep them busy for a while. Parking both cars on the driveway was a great comfort. Great access for the internet and TV channels streaming services.

Mattresses and metal bunk bed frames were a bit squeaky so when someone turned in their sleep you could hear it in the other bedrooms. I was a little concerned by the side garden fence door bolt that wasn't working. This made me feel a little uneasy with small children. This being said, it would not stop me from staying again in the future.

This property is clean and perfectly located only about 10mins drive away from town. It’s in a quiet location easily accessible with a large parking spaces infront, we were able to park our two cars. It’s definitely good value for money if you have a big family you want to accommodate. All facilities work.

The house is very lovely and so welcoming all your needs are catered for. The beds were so comfortable and was the whole house And the garden catches the sun and was very peaceful I am looking forward to coming back again

Nothing it was perfect

Before arrival, i got an email to advise on arrival time and to let the host know. I called the mobile number provided. He answered quickly, very polite and said he would text the details to me and if there was anything we needed during our stay to let him know. Text was received very quickly. Plenty of beds (one room had 4 beds) and everythng you could need for the kitchen. All beds made and clean towels provided. There was toilet roll which i was made up with. Every room had a tv.

Didnt dislike anything.

House was clean and spacious, we were provided with the towels, extra beddings and toiletries.

Conors communication was great. Parking was easy at the property.

The bathroom door could do with an oiling to stop it squeaking,its seems especially noisy during the quiet of the night.

It was good for a crew of 3 working close by
