Gospodyni jest bardzo uprzejma, pomocna i pełna szacunku. Dom jest w doskonałej lokalizacji: niecałe 20 minut pieszo do stacji Manchester Piccadilly (liczę spacer z walizką), 10 minut do muzeum i uniwersytetu, 15 minut do Elizabeth Gaskell's House. Za rogiem jest sklep spożywczo-przemysłowy, a za zakrętem przystanki autobusowe. Można stamtąd dojechać m.in. do stacji Manchester Piccadilly oraz do Stockport i Hazel Grove, skąd jest blisko do Lyme Park (National Trust Lyme). W pobliżu znajdują się też lokale gastronomiczne. W domu są liczne udogodnienia, dzięki którym pobyt był przyjemny, wygodny i udany.

Trzeba mieć swój adapter, jeśli mamy przy urządzeniach wtyczki inne niż brytyjskie, ale to jedyna niedogodność.
