The location was very convenient for the city centre and quiet, safe neighbourhood.

The property was freezing cold, and the heating had to be put on and took ages to warm up the place.

Clear guidance and support from booking onwards. Hospitable, friendly and approachable hosts. Very easy to access Winchester city on foot, to explore as well as enjoy the variety of restaurants. And a wonderful bolthole to return to, to continue our reunion with fellow guests. A pleasure.

Not a dislike, but being less techie, I had difficulty setting up my deposit card which worked when I used two devices, rather than do it all on my mobile. Learning curve for me.

It was a great location in a lovely city. Everything was close enough to walk to.

The adjoining pub was quite noisy.
