"I want my refund and my security deposit returned immediately!!"

It was clean.

It wasn’t the unit I rented; I was supposed to have the penthouse suite. My code for the units door didn’t work. There was no WiFi the entire first day, so I lost a day of work. I also couldn’t watch TV to relax with no WiFi. I had no key fob to enter the building for 2 whole days of my stay; couldn’t use the pool or other facilities consequently because I couldn’t gain access with no key fob. The air conditioning wouldn’t adjust. After I finally got a key fob my third day the pool was closed. This trip was supposed to be a combined work and some relaxation (which is why I rented a place with a pool), and it was neither. I requested a small refund of $100 and neither the people renting the unit out or booking.com have gotten back to me with refund status. Nor have I received my $500 security deposit refund; that was supposed to be refunded within a week of check out.

"The apartment was very clean and the views were spectacular . Again it just was not what the pictures showed"

The property was very nice however it was not what the pictures showed when I originally booked

That the pictures were not accurate . However the staff was nice . The woman who checked us in who was not employed by the property was late , unresponsive and high when she finally showed up

"Nice appartment, but lack of support"

- Size of appartment - Entertainment floor with pool & other activities

- got stuck in Elevator and received zero support from anyone, ended up having to call 911 to be rescued after 2 hours. After raising this topic, no feedback/acknowledgment - number of documents and messages before/during the stay were rather excessive and we had to sign a multi-page rental agreement (for a 2 night stay) which was as detailed as for a permanent appartment rent

"No refund on the damage deposit!!"

The room I booked and the room I stayed in looked nothing alike. They also kept my $500 “damage deposit”. I stayed by myself for a work trip, no damage was done to the unit for me to have not gotten my money back. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

"Close to the heart of Baltimore"

Property was within walking distance of the inner harbor and was spacious.

The whole check/in process is a bit much … that part was frustrating. There were a few things that were in need of some maintenance, but overall, the place served its purpose and was nice.
