Excellent location next to Inner Harbour. High floor with amazing view. I like the security control and access to all floors and facilities. There are community floor and gym in different floors.

No curtin in all rooms which force to wake up with sunrise. You have to use two elevators to reach the 32 floor.

The apartment was big, with two large bedrooms and spacious kitchen and living room. It was very clean. It seems that it has been recently renovated. Also, each bedroom has it own bathroom. Excellent value for money.

The view is beyond stunning, literally unobstructed views on 3 sides (32nd floor). The location is perfect for visiting the inner harbor. Basically a huge penthouse unit with giant windows. No window coverings, but you’re the highest thing around so they’re not really necessary for privacy. High ceilings, lots of space. Good separation between bedrooms.

This property still deserves a 10 out of 10, but perhaps the walls could use a magic eraser touch up and I wasn’t crazy about the showerheads. But for the price you’re not gonna find anything close. You might not be able to find anything close for 10 times the price.

Penthouse unit offered a wonderful weekend get away for my family. We were within walking distance of all the inner harbor attractions.
