We booked accommodation for the period December 31st to January 7th, 2026, at 24 Vesselényi Street, Budapest. Upon arrival, we found the apartment completely unprepared. There were no sheets, pillowcases, or bed linens on the bed. We had ordered two sets of bed linen since there were two of us, and we rented this apartment specifically because it had two beds. But there wasn't even linens for one bed. The kitchen lacked even the most basic items, such as an electric kettle or even a pot for boiling water. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The floors, cabinets, and other furniture were so covered in dust that you could have written your name on them. Furthermore, it turned out the washing machine was also faulty, as we had warned you about. You sent a technician who confirmed that the washing machine was faulty and could not be repaired. Compared to this, all the other shortcomings—like faulty batteries in the air conditioner remote controls, torn curtains in the living room, or a short curtain that only covers the top of the kitchen window, allowing anyone to see into the small room where the sofa is located and who's sleeping on it at the moment (and presumably for this very purpose, a table and chairs are placed outside as a shared smoking area for residents of other apartments)—seem mere trifles compared to a ruined New Year's Eve celebration spent in bed without sheets or pillowcases... and also... without toilet paper... God forbid you experience that... The artificial intelligence responded quickly to all our inquiries via email. However, the staff's response was extremely slow or nonexistent. I do not recommend anyone to use or do business with this company.

Mutfakta kettle, kahve makinası yok var diye belirtilmesine rağmen. Kücük tuvalette klozet çok eski. Sabunluk yok. Banyoda el ve ayak havlusu yok. Banyo için baş havlusu yok. Bulaşık makinesi var ama tablet konmamıştı. Söylediğimizde marketten alabilirsiniz dendi. Diğer kiraladığımız evlerin hepsinde gün sayısı kadar konuyordu.

Very poorly equipped kitchen (only one pan, no pots, no kettle). Yellow stains on the bed sheets. Very bad communication (AI generated answers and nothing else)

Great location, spacious apartment, hosts were friendly and very responsive. Helped us with bringing the keys (late at night). Clean and relaxing, fully equipped.

Apartment is in excellent location in the heart of the social life of Budapest but inside it was very quiet and no noise from the street was in the apartment. The apartment is spacious and with everything that is needed for 1 or 2 nights.

Entrance to the building was a bit complicated and we have to use several codes but the instructions were clear so there was no issue besides the fact that I needed to use the instructions every time we entered the building. Additional to that I would appreciate guidance regarding the car parking in the vicinity of the apartment. We eventually found the car park house but the price was extremely high.

Трудна комуникация с мястото за настаняване.Писах ,че пристигаме между 16 и 17ч. , но когато пристигнахме все още нямахме данни за това, как ще влезем в сградата и как ще получим ключа.Наложи се да звъним , да се обясняваме а не смятам ,че трябва да е така за парите, които платихме.

konaklamamıza 1gün kala bana wp mesajlar atılarak konaklama yerimiz değişti bilgisi gelmiş fakat ben wp tan gelen mesajlara irtibat etmem gerektiğini düşündüm çünkü booking bu konuda uyardı ve bir gün bizi 6 dk yürüme mesafesinde başka bir dairede kaldık ertesi sabah söylenen saatte tuttuğumuz eve geçtik hiç bilmediğimiz bir şehirde böyle bir talihsizlik yaşamak istemezdik fakat sonrasındaki iletişim ve yardım sever yaklaşımları için teşekkür ederiz konumu evin çok ama çok iyi

Immediately after booking two bedroom apartment, they changed our accommodation and sent us photos of three bedroom apartment. Finally we received one bedroom apartment with broken and filthy sofa that was not in the photos. Customer service number is not working. You have to walk for 20 minutes to get the keys to another building. Avoid at all costs, these people are cheaters and scammers. Booking.com did nothing to assist us.
