the apt was clean, comfortable, and spacious. it has high ceilings and is also located in a great location, close to restaurants, cafes, sites in the jewish quarter. close enough to public transportation. it was wonderful to have a/c!

the kitchen supplies were lacking. there was no sponge, no paper or dish towels. it was a challenge to clean up without these. it would be nice for the window drapes to have hooks on the wall so it was easier to tie them back and let the light in.

A lot of space, nice rooms, nice location, 2 bathrooms

The cauch in living room not so clean and very noisy (but I think it s normal as is located in the center of the city)

Die Wohnung legt direkt in der Zentrum etwas zu laut, aber sehr praktisch wenn man Urlaub mit Freunde machen möchte, allerdings eine Familienurlaub wird nicht angenehm in dieser Wohnung sein

War sehr enttäuscht von Sauberkeit und wir haben für fünf Personen gebucht. Da sollte auch ein Schlafsofa dabei sein allerdings die Schlafsuppe war extrem klein. Da konnte ein Kind drauf schlafen, aber keine erwachsene und war nicht mal bequem

Good spot for visiting, the rooms are okay.

Some shower gel and napkins would’ve help during the stay. The floor is a little squeaky and one of the bedrooms has a kinda small bed for 2 people, especially if you are tall.

Localizat în inima orașului, apartamentul a fost foarte confortabil.

De precizat faptul că preluarea cardului de acces în apartament a fost destul de problematică. Cutia cu cartela nu a fost amplasată lângă ușa camerei, ci la parter, la intrarea principală. Apartamentul a fost situat la etajul al doilea, având numărul 2, conform indicațiilor oferite de proprietar, însă pe ușă se afla cifra 7, lucru care a îngreunat identificarea lui.

La casa si trova in pieno centro e tutti i posti sono raggiungibili molto facilmente.

C'erano un po' rumori durante la notte essendo una casa a centro.

Ubicación perfecta para visitar la ciudad. Cerca líneas tranvia y bus. En el corazón del barrio judío con los Ruin Pubs al lado. Habitación grande y cama cómoda. Perfecto televisión con Netflix Buen aire acondicionado.

Menage de la cocina y toallas escaso. Mínimo un poco de sal o de azúcar. No tiene tostadora y cafetera.

The location is great! As well as the property size - pretty good for a big a family.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING WITH THIS PROVIDER. I didn't get bed sheets and towels for the first night and I tried to request those - that is where the hell started. The service and communication is awful: I messaged at 5PM on WhatsApp that I need to get a towel as I want to take a shower after a long road. They promised to resolve quickly. But at 6PM nothing happened so I called them and was promised in 1 hour to get the towels. I didn't get those till 11PM ( I decided to go for a dinned and watch the city w/o shower waiting for towels). At 11PM I returned and there were still no bed sheets and towels. I called and they said they can handle it only tomorrow. So my first night was w/o towels and bed sheets - no help was provided at all. Calling and waiting for 10+ minutes of a line is not smth you expect to have when you're tired after the road. The condition of furniture and walls is 4/10. Our door was not opening on the second day and we had to call a master. Worst experience I ever had in terms of communication and service, unfortunately.

The location is excellent, and the AC, fridge, and towel dryer worked well.

However, the apartment felt old and poorly maintained. Some lights didn’t work, the floor was noisy, there was no shower curtain, and no soap or shampoo provided. The bedding had stains, no pillow covers, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Furniture looked neglected or broken, and there was water dripping near the bathroom heater. The sofas and carpet were dirty, and we didn’t get enough towels, only after request we got more body towels only. Overall, disappointing stay despite the great location.
