Very nice and clean apparent, amazing location, walking distance to city centre.

Location was very central, could walk everywhere. Apartment was clean.

The main bed was very comfortable, but the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The washing machine was not working, as several reviews had mentioned. When we messaged the property we got a very quick reply that someone would be in touch the next morning to try to resolve it. 3 days later we left without any results. Also the shower fixture fell off the wall at the same time, and again a promise to get the ‘team’ to work on it, nothing happened.

1. The apartment is very well located and close to the areas we were interested in seeing & close to kosher facilities. 2. ⁠Initially we were surprised that that in order to lock the apartment upon leaving it, it was necessary to pull the handle upwards, while turning the key. We should have been alerted to this when the key was given to us, and rather than leaving it to us through trial and error to figure it out. 3. ⁠in the absence of instructions, it was impossible to use the TV. 4. ⁠The general condition of the apartment was fair to poor: the floors undulate up and down, some window shades either do not work or are absent. 5. ⁠We found it unusual that there was nobody who could be present to help us to get into the apartment. Rather than relying upon technology to explain things. The lack of a human physically present is disappointing. I hope these explanations will be of help to you P

Perfect location at the center. Room was very well furnished and modern and clean, and had all necessities.

Getting to the apartment the first time was quite challenging. Apparently you have to follow the video to the detail, because the apartment numbers dont mean much(would have been nice if the host clarified this). I had trouble finding the apartment, as I went to another one by mistake and work some people up in the middle of the night(keys didnt work). But I called their 24/7 support and they helped me.

Excellent location with very good security so felt safe in our apartment. There was a plug in fan for use in main bedroom and air conditioning located in the kitchen area which we needed as it was very warm when we visited. Plenty of hot water in the shower.

I have spoken to our host about the issues experienced with the spare pull out beds. Both were incredibly uncomfortable and hard so I struggled to sleep. We would have appreciated tea towels so we could dry up the dishes. The towels were also very small in size so would recommend bringing your own along.
