The property is in the city's heart: restaurants, shops, and public transport are in a walkable distance. The host was always available to answer any questions we had and was very helpful. We've also received timely messages that helped us find location/keys and there was an option to book a taxi to the airport as well.

Very cute - app got everything you need for a few days trip. Location is great, parking is near by, and the host is friendly and gave us all of the infos via wapp.

The host was extremely helpful

The fridge wasn't working but it got fixed very quickly. There was no t-towel or dishwasher tablets, and more kitchen utensils would be useful. Just small things. Overall it was great

Excellent location, spacious, clean. Kitchen and laundry facilities. Easy check in and check out.

Not much, none important. Could be better equipped with coffee machine and toaster but coffee shops are all around the building. Also there is some noise during the night but if you close the soundproofing windows the effect is minimum.

Lacked a few kitchen utensils and equipment but owner did arrange for some additions during stay once alerted.

Good price for the space and location. The facilities like the internet connection, TV, bed, kitchen, etc were so good

A terrible experience. The most unpleasant accomodation since I have a booking account. I had to take some time to write everything what happened in one day in Budapest. Our check in time was at 3pm. At 3pm we opened the box at a given address for which we got instructions, the key and the card wasn't there. I called the owner and female voice answered, so we decided to gave her an hour to fix this (on the picture of the number on Whatsapp was a guy but whatever). After one hour we came back, the card was finally in the box. We went to apartment, cleaning stuff was still in front of the door. We left our suitcases there and went to the concert we attended that evening. After the concert we went to the apartment, we tried to opened the front doors, but the stairway to the apartment was locked! We didn't received a key for that doors. I called the same number and at first they didn't answered. 1 AM, in the foreign country, we didn't have access to suitcases, to chronic therapy which friend had to take in the morning. I was trying to contact the owner and after a while a woman's voice answered and said that the staircase can't be locked and to try open it again (I have a video where doors are locked). Meanwhile my battery went off because the charger was left behind closed doors. Luckily, a moment before that, I gave a number of the owner to the friend. We call it few times and afterwhile a male voice answered. He told us that he managed to find us another apartment, but he cannot open the stairway in the first apartment?! We had to accept that offer although I refused it at first because I wanted the apartment I booked with our suitcases, but it was 1am, and the hotel nearby, when the owner didn't answer at first, wasn't have free rooms. The alternative apartment had 15m2 and that was incomparable for what we payed and expected (one double bed and one couch for three man).

the location is perfect, close to all fancy restaurants and pubs!
