GBLovely, cosy, comfortable house. Very well equipped and super comfy beds. We loved the welcome treats and the excellent communication with the host. Nice area of York within easy walking distance of the centre.
Dishwasher would have been good, but not a huge issue as we ate out every night.

Heating was a bit inconsistent - we were often hot downstairs but very cold upstairs. The shower was a bit temperamental, sometimes suddenly dropping to freezing temperatures. Would have been good to have parking outside the property.
DESehr geräumige Apartments mit guter Lage, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Viel Platz und insgesamt praktisch für einen Aufenthalt.
Parken direkt am Haus ist nur für Anwohner erlaubt, daher mussten wir einen Parkplatz in etwa 15 Minuten Gehentfernung suchen. Außerdem war es im Dezember im Winter in der Wohnung sehr kalt, was den Aufenthalt weniger angenehm gemacht hat.

The mattresses in the small room were so soft and the duvets not very thick. It would have really been helpful to have the directions to the nearest bus stop and what number to catch, a couple of takeaways that deliver and a taxi company number. Was a little way out of the actual city
AUkitchen was fine, we had a number of meals at home, supermarket in town. pretty terrace , in a suburban street, not too far from town and rail. Cosy pub just around the corner.
