GBWe loved the location, it was only a 20 min walk to the centre. The house was nice and big enough for us with everything we needed.

GBComfy house in a great location, we enjoyed our stay and it was a great base for the wedding that we were attending in York. Snacks provided were nice touch and we managed to navigate the parking restrictions without too much fuss!
There were a lot of wasps in the garden (potentially a nest?) which we had to steer clear of. But this was easily done.

GBThe property is in a quiet location and handy for walking around York. Close to the train station. The property had every facility needed with added touches, left by the host. Very comfortable bed. The communication from booking to leaving the property is informative and a great service. Would definitely return to this property.
Accept the check out time is 10am but would prefer 11am to give that extra time

GBVery comfortable and clean. We had some nice treats left for us. The house itself has some lovely feature fireplaces. We felt at home and at ease being in someone's home. The instructions to get there and get in were very clear. Was very easy to find. Took about 15 mins to walk into York but was a very quiet street. Was nice to sit out in the small garden with pretty lights in the evening. Very well presented house. Would stay again.
The boiler was a bit noisy but kept bathroom door shut.
GBGBIt was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our short stay. I also really liked the yard area outside.
