Great location for our stay, very clean

Nothing, it was perfect

Convenient. Spacious. All facilities as stated. Comfortable. Water had good pressure and was hot.

I didn’t get the details regarding entry until the morning of the day that I was due to arrive and 1 day in advance as stated. A lot of paperwork in advance. Automated welcome message after 24 hrs but no responses to my summary of minor points which needed their future consideration: towel rail didn’t heat up, fan in bathroom only worked when isolation switch was on: Couldn’t put milk on the door if the fridge as it fell out when the door was opened: no liner in kitchen bin or bathroom bin ( which had empty toilet roll tube and tissues in it already):Shower fixing very loose and not that clean. In response to automated farewell message on morning of departure I asked why they hadn’t responded - I was told no message had been received and complaints should be made directly to their office

Very clean, easy to access (great instructions from the owners), very central (4 mins walk to High Street), strong showers with plenty of hot water. Very friendly and helpful staff. I messaged the owner (quite late at night) for some cutlery which was missing and they provided them the next morning.

It is quite small, and the pillows aren't very comfy. It's very clean, but could do with a fresh lick of paint sometime soon.

Very clean and had everything you'd want in a home away from home.

We had a couple of parking issues - we paid for gated parking but on the final night of our stay some idiots decided to block the gateway. Hence, we parked outside and ended up with a ticket! No fault of the owner, but maybe worthwhile placing a sign on the gates stating '24hrs in use' per se.

駐車場が真裏に合って、良かったです。部屋やシャワーも快適でした。

フォークが2本しかありませんでした。お玉やフライ返し等がなかったので、料理をするのに、ちょっと困りました。

Location was great, apartment facilities were great especially having 2 rooms both en-suite
