Apartment was spacious and bright, 2 ensuite bathrooms were a plus, everything needed was already there, beds were comfy and the heating was lovely.

Nothing to do with the apartment itself as it was brilliant for a night away

Modern, clean & comfortable apartment in location just a few minutes' walk from city centre. Secure parking (extra fee applies) was a bonus and good value. Good showers - heat & pressure. Excellent communications before and during from Home Crowd, via email & Booking.com

Apartment above had very noisy occupants well into the early hours. Couldn't get one (bedroom) radiator to work, though the rest of the apartment's radiators compensated.

What we liked about the apartment : The accesibility, close to the Cathedral area where one can find all comodities. The keybox: very practical and user-friendly Plenty of HOT water Adequate pots, pans and dishes Large kitchen table Good, convenient staples provider next door Calm environment The proximity of public transportation : main Cathedral exchange platform at a 5-minute walk Good bedding, comfortable mattress What we would have appreciated : A pre-heated apartment; took 2-days to bring it to acceptable standards Extra shelving in the bathroom Some kind of closet for our small clothes or… A small chest of drawers (there’s ample space available for it) A more appropriate dresser and mirror in the room; this one is charming but too low or too high with no sitting possibility What we disliked most : Only one of two radiators was in working order. The one in the kitchen had the wire cut up. This one working radiator was very noisy when heating (hammering sounds), impairing our sleep at night Restricted outdoor views (appt 1)

Fantastic location. Great to have a secure car park nearby

Could have had better toiletries - ie shower gel and shampoo like you would find in a hotel. Would have been nice to have some tea and coffee too. However this doesn't take away from the stay and would stay again 100%
