123 Queen Street - Home Crowd Luxury Apartments

Fully functional kitchen, with a washing machine, TV and that's the 2 bedrooms both had ensuites. Beds were very firm and comfortable - which was very nice. There were also lots of toilet rolls and towels. Was good for a night stay. There was also salt and pepper and some tea and coffee.

The showers are small, no hand soap available, not enough forks (but so many knives), iron board is broken, heaters make so much noise, bedrooms weren't well lit and the dresser's mirror is not fixed (automatically faces downwards when trying to adjust).

central location, perfect fro night out in town, very comfortable

It hard to find the apartment as the entrance is not visible enough. Maybe should put a bigger signboard on the entrance area.

The apartment design was great and cosy overall the stay was excellent bar a few points I'll mention below but these are small things that would just improve the experience that would take this from a 9/10 to a 10/10. Would highly recommend booking with 123 Queen Street and will looking to stay here again in future!

There were no additional pillows available and the ones on the bed felt pretty worn in so at least two would have been required to provide adequate neck support. The bedroom layouts with a double bed pushed up against a wall made it difficult it one person wanted to get out for the toilet at night however this would be a non issue for non-couples. Lack of basic amenities like tea & coffee which I would have been a nice touch however there are plenty of shops around to buy this yourself if wanted. TV in the living room whilst appreciated was far to small to see for alot of us however this did lean into allowing us to converse more rather than brain rot!
