123 Queen Street - Home Crowd Luxury Apartments

We used this as just a one night stay - location was ok, and facilities were ok. We used the secure parking too (an extra £10), and this was well worth it. It was spotless and nicely decorated. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but the other beds were good. I would just say a few more little touches needed to make the stay outstanding.

The property is good for a short stay. What I personally didn't like was the close proximity to surrounding office blocks - which in turn felt like the apartment had little privacy unless you closed the curtains. This would not stop me staying again as everything else was excellent.

There was a door removed off the hinges between he bedroom and the bathroom letting light and cold in all night. We had booked for four beds meaning one person used the sofa bed. The duvet, pillows and sheets were located but there were no covers for the duvet or the pillows and they were stained. A bit gross really

Could do with a little tlc

One of the cleaners nicked my AirPods. I have them on find my iPhone and know exactly where they are and are being used. The host refuses to resolve the issue and doesn’t care. Would never recommend. None of the glasses/plates/ crockery was clean.

The location was convenient, and the rooms were comfortable and satisfactory. The additional sofa bed in the living room was also a nice bonus.

The apartment clearly requires renovation. Mould is visible in the toilet near the shower cubicle, and overall cleanliness is lacking. The complimentary teabag was worn out, and the utensils and cutlery were dirty, indicating the apartment has not been used recently. The toilet brush holder was also dirty. Overall, the apartment needs a thorough deep clean and some upgrades.
