11-on-RobRoy calming space with 3 bedrooms&pool

It was my first time staying at a house that had security patrolling that felt really safe. The house will meet your expectations.

The host was not welcoming at all on the day of checkout. We ran out of toilet paper that morning, and the host felt like she had to remind us that this was a self-catering house and we should have bought our own stuff (rude). Even thou she gave it to us, it felt the same as not giving it to us. She should have just sold it to us it was clear she did not want to give it up. Also, while we were waiting for our transport inside the house, she said time is up while tapping her watch and said we need to leave. Like I get it, you need to clean the house, but there are nicer ways to handle such situations. She did not even say goodbye to us or ask if we enjoyed the stay . The host was just not hospitable at all. Another thing the glasses are not enough for 6 people. I'm glad I bought my own cause I had read this from the reviews,I guess they still don't care to change this.

The house was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Good value for money.

We felt that there were not enough glasses, plates, and cutlery. We had family around for gathering and had to purchase additional items. Some of the door locks were not working properly, and the glass slidding door to the pool area is also not working properly and very difficult to open the door. Some of the outside lights are not working although there are lights in the right areas but not working. Also, additional lights around the pool would be nice for evening braai with the family. We found the solar panels worked well during loadshedding. I think the house has lots of good points, but it just needs a bit of attention to detail.
