Pleasant host. Good security. Lovely view Comfortable house but see complaints

The house needs maintenance. Bathrooms - showers are difficult to regulate temperature. Mixer in bath broken. Ceiling fan broken in two rooms. VERY dangerous viewing balcony - rotting wood.on railing and supports
