"Not open to negotiate change of plans/flight"

Good location Nice apartment

I booked 2 nights but then situation changed due to blackout on Siargao island, I wanted to agree with the owner on only one night due to change of flight. He/she was not open to negotiate so I needed to pay 2 nights but staying only one night.
