Affordable Condo w/ Pool, Shower Heater & Wi-Fi

Clean condo with a lot of amenities (wifi, netflix, ac,microwave oven, induction cooker, fridge/freezer combo, washing machine, hot water in the bath, shared pool in front of the balcony (10m)). The condo itself is within the gated area Saekyung village. If you need some basic things, then there is a 7/11 on the area and that one also has an ATM. You can order food at foodpanda or albertos (the delivery guys will be granted access to the area), just tell them your name, the block number and the apartment number. But you can easily reach other restaurants outside the Saekyung either. And if you are a scuba diver, then you can reach some dive bases in the near proximity (I personally went to the Mactan Scuba Dive Center, and was happy with them, but there is also PADI and CMAS bases available).

Is nice But the blanket ao small. I barrow blanket from my sister. But other than that is all good.

I don't like the bathroom. When I take a shower the whole place is wait even the toilet bowl.

Netflix and the security guard friendly and helpful

Locations it is near from airport 19 mins but the traffic tooks 1 hour and everytime you take a public transportation always demand for extra payment because its far as they said takes so long to open the door code number didn't work Late reply . The bedsheet is not new wash i think from the last costumer used before me

there were food leftovers from the previous tenant in the sink. after moving the bed to get to the balcony it was dirty
