Place was dirty. No cleaning had been done Made a complaint a week ago but had no response Not good enough

Wonderful location and amazing views both front and back. The apartment was neat, tidy and a pleasure to stay in.

It's a shame the wonderful views were spoilt by the windows being unclean. However, we understand the difficulty in keeping them clean!

Location was great and cleanliness and comfort of apartment.

Beautiful property, absolutely stunning views and perfect location. Staff very responsive to messages on booking.com. Will 110% book again!

Was told we would receive a free parking scratch card for parking in W zones and was then told that wasn't an option for that location and that we should use pay and display carparks. We were recommended car parks to use though which was very useful.

The property was a great location , very airy & great views of Whitby. Clean & tidy.

A couple of negatives, 1- when I booked the property it said there was disc zone parking , I was informed once we were there that the property no longer included it . A bit disappointing as I had to pay for 3 full days parking ! 2- just lacked storage / drawers for clothing in the bedroom.

Fantastic views and location for a local stay to experience Whitby! Super comfy bed and great shower.

Property needs some love in terms of decor, marks and dirt on walls (easily fixable) and cobwebs in corners. Basics like tea and coffee, salty and pepper not provided, and could do with extra towels. Entrance hallway grubby and smelled of smoke due to smokers standing at the bottom which wasn’t a great first impression.
