Location and views plus ambience of apartment excellent,

Access to property was not great. No clear direction to find Hudsons Yard - name the shops its between. Access to the keybox was frankly a nightmare. Keys not easily visible and despite putting in correct code the box opening mechanism didn't work properly. It took a full 10 minutes to put the keys back on departure. Please make this easier. Also the hallway and stairwell looked very seedy and was not very clean. First impressions count.

Location. Apartment layout was good.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. It was cleaned to a level but needed to be more indepth around various parts of the apartment. Stairs were very steep. Not good for people with disability or breathing difficulties. Should perhaps be more details as part of initial overview. Parking was a problem. The area works around a 1 hour permit between 9am and 7pm. There was no previous reference to this, so again an issue when you initially arrive and try to unload at the property. No parking disk or permit we were available to help with this process.

Stairs and hall carpets filthy, not good first impression ,one low quality toilet roll ,shower screen was mouldy at the bottom ,tv kept losing signal and sofa bed very uncomfortable ,windows full of bird poo ,kitchen sink tap loose ,the 60 + stairs were challenging

Great location and amazing views across Whitby. It’s on the attic space so be aware of the 60 plus steps to get there but if you can manage that it’s well worth it. Liked everything.

Great little apartment with wonderful views and in a fab location. The bed was so big and comfortable we wish we could have stayed longer!

Parking could be an issue
