Bilik sangat kemas dan bersih. Toilet bersih. Semua kemudahan ada. Ruang tamu yabg sangat selesa. Dapur yang besar. Tempat yang strategik. Dekat dengan pasar. Security guard sangat peramah. Arahan yang diberikan oleh owner sangat mudah difahami. Sangat sangat recommended.

Simple check in and check out, quiet area, convenient to reach by car.

The apartment is clean, tidy and spacious. It was a treat to have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, being a family of four. The proximity to town was good, however too far to walk in the heat. We took a Grab back and forth a few times, costing around 6 ringgit each way, which was fine. The airconditioning in the apartment worked really well, and a fan was also provided. We made good use of the washing machine and drying rack, which was much appreciated! The wifi was good quality as well. Overall, it was extremely good value.

The apartment has a full sized kitchen, but very little in the way of cooking equipment, and no tea or coffee was provided. We really only used the kitchen to make cereal. The building's swimming pool has a conservative dress code, which was fine, but we weren't prepared with this information and unfortunately didn't all have appropriate swimming attire. It would have been good to have known the requirements in advance. Also, the pool area has no shade.

Excellent apartments, very clean n nice.

Tilam tidak selesa sakit belakang saya tidur mlm . Boleh tukar yg lebih selesa dan tebal supaya tidor tidak terganggu

Appartamento pulito, nuovo e molto accogliente. Avevamo necessità di avere un checkin e check-out flessibile e Tony è stato gentilissimo.

Rimane un po' fuori dal centro in una zona poco servita, tutto gestibile con Taxi/Grab.

Ruim appartement met drie slaapkamers, drie badkamers en fijn zwembad. Locatie is in buitenwijk van Kuching maar met een Grab ben je zo in het centrum.

Geen winkels of supermarkt in de buurt.

Le calme, la piscine ainsi que la surface de l'appartement.

Manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner. Il y a juste une petite casserole et pas de poêle. Douchette des toilettes forte. Pression à régler.
