The location and the unit is pretty new and it's clean and comfortable

The aircond was leaking and there was no hairdryer, only its empty box. Moreover, it would have been good if there was a pan to heat up or cook and a microwave oven to heat up food.

Value for money and there were toilets in every room. Washing machine was also available. Quiet and condo facilities (swimming pool and gym) was good.

Lacking of fans and air conditioning in the living room was leaking badly. Toilets were a little bit dirty and not enough toilet paper was provided. It was also difficult to find for the hidden toilet paper around the house. A water filter would be a plus since convenience store is not walking distance.

I recently stayed at the Kafaz 1st Floor homestay and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is incredibly convenient, being in close proximity to famous spots like Kubah Ria, Waterfront, and Metrocity. This made it easy for me to explore and enjoy the local attractions without any hassle. The property itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Good facility, modern style, cleanliness. 3 bedrooms providing with bathroom. Car park very safe with security around. My kids are very happy with the swimming pool.

No hot water for bathing

Everything is good Washing machine if have dryer is more good coz no need to hang.there no sun light at behind. At the stairs if have handel is better for old parent who are not strong to climb the stairs. That only a suggestion.tq

Spacious, comfortable apartment by the river. Swimming pool was quite big, clean and wasn't crowded. Sunbeds were provided. There was also small gym. Great contact with host. AC works well in every room.

Kitchen could be equipped better.
