Ri's One Oasis w Free Pool back of SM City Mall

My family always request this area for our staycations as it is conveniently located next to SM Mall. Third time booking here and the experience remains outstanding. :)

The hallways are bit dimmed, probably proper lighting would make it more conducive as there are families with children booking the property.

Location very accessible to take taxi and mall shopping.The guards at the gate Are Nice and helpful.

The apartments Are not clean enough.General cleaning for the rooms Are badly needed.The toilets Are untidy it shoud have a shower cabinets In every units.Was always wet all over the bathroom when we shower,shower curtain is not enough it was too short so when we shower the water is all over the floor.The curtain In the bathroom seem like never been washed ,looks very dirty.

It is behind the Sm mall. Close to everything.. Kitchen utensils provided.. clean unit. I loved the double deck they have huge bed and my family can sleep comfortably.. it has a pool but we didn’t get the chance to use it we are busy exploring the city..

Very comfortable, the aircon was good enough to make a British man think he was back home in January, just a few minutes walk from SM mall made it a prime location for good restaurants and shopping.

Location is excellent, the condo is good.

Cleanliness wasn’t bad but could be better.

I LIKE EVERYTHING BECAUSE COMPLETE HOUSEHOLD NEEDS CLEAN, NEAR SM TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE ANYTIME, I LIKE THE RECREATIONAL AREA NICE VIEW, NICE PEOPLE THE GUARD ARE VERY APPROACHABLE.

NOTHING, EVERYTHING IS FINE,

Superb pool and facilities with secure and safe environment. Will visit again soon.
