Nothing as I didn't get to stay there

The fact that I arrived there to find a security guard demanding where we are staying. I had no idea it wasn't a normal hotel. Had to try and contact someone to find our room. I'd been traveling for 3 days and it was late at night so just poor communication. Same as Q city same apartment I had the same problem. Q city one I received a refund as I was waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours. This one in Davao city have had no communication no refund 😕
