Ri's One Oasis w Free Pool back of SM City Mall

The property was exactly what it's shown in the pictures, and it is very comfortable and clean. We were provided with extra bed for free and that is a very kind gesture. The the hose was very easy to communicate with gave us all that we need for smooth, check-in, and information about parking and also the room number; everything went smoothly.

For us everything looks perfect. Nothing to complain.

The location was good. The onsite guards are nice and helpful. Taxis are easy to come by out the front of the building. Close to the SM mall.

Check in was a problem and we had to wait 30-45min to get in to a room because the owner locked keys inside and wouldn't answer their phone. This was hard due to having a 6 month old baby with us and it was in the evening. They put us in another room and we had to pack up all our stuff up and move into the original room after 2 days which was inconvenient. The description says there is a washing machine and balcony, where there is neither. Communication was poor with the host not replying to any messages during the stay in regards to the washing machine or request for extra towels. When i called, they said hello and then hung up the phone. When they finally replied to my messages through booking.com, they said 'sorry, there was a glitch in the app and i only just received your last messages' but still didn't address any of my concerns in the past messages. They didn't answer any text, email or phone call. The light in the main bedroom stopped working during our stay. Netflix or any other viewing apps didn't work as the TV was too outdated. We couldn't sign in to any viewing apps except YouTube. There were no tv channels at all to watch. We would not stay here again due to poor management.
