Ri's One Oasis w Free Pool back of SM City Mall

-the location. Very close to SM mall and there were a lot of local karenderyas in front of the property. - quick check- in - ate charm (the caretaker) was quick to order water but she could only do so much.

- the unit had very UNRELIABLE WIFI! It would turn on for a minute or two and it stopped working. Ate charm’s husband came in but couldn’t do anything about it. - the floor mattress I request was very thin and dirty. - the bathroom sink had cracks and the faucets are dirty! The bidet was filthy. The shower didn’t work and the bucket and tabo provided were old and filthy!!! - we saw a half used toilet roll and requested a new one but we were only given 2 rolls for a family of 4 and a baby! - no extra bags for bins (I honestly don’t know who’s responsibility this is but in Europe, all the Airbnb’s hosts we dealt with provided us black bags and toilet rolls) - The GUARDS think we are under martial law and they are the enforcers! They were not kind and friendly. They don’t represent the warm Filipino culture!

Toilet flush is distroy i have to fix all the time, the sinc is clogged, the rooms door has no key if the room will get locked you have to call maintenance to open it. A week after i left,just waste of money.

Location is perfect if you want to travel around the city. Being close to a big mall is a plus if you are traveling with your family. The place is also secured because of the guards around the property.

Very close to SM , just walking distance.

The small revolving AC in the living room doesn’t provide enough coolness plus the electric fan was broke/ wasn’t working during our entire 3 days stay. It should have been fixed or replaced before the occupants’ arrival. Care taker was made aware about it. One or two of the dining table chair cushions were ripped off and the cushions were coming out. Knives were dull, needs to be sharpened. The material/patch used to cover the glass window in the shower room fell off … you could be seen from another building while taking a shower. I booked for 6 people, only 4 towels were supplied… has to call for additional 2 towels.
