Ri's One Oasis w Free Pool back of SM City Mall

The pool and facilities were very good value.

The two bed apartment was dirty and the bedding made us itc The single room apartments was excellent and clean and comfortable.

The kids loves the access to swimming pool, near the shopping malls, market which is the most important & safety.

Theres an aircon leakage a little problem.

Was a nice 2 days stay. They have complete kitchen ware so if you want to cook no problem. No problem also even if we checked in at 12 midnight. Parking space lang was too far from our building. Anyway the staff was nice. I would stay here again.

Pay the parking space in advance kasi they knock on our door relly early just to as for payment.

wasn’t cleaned properly, my entire family got sick after they moved in, especially my son which was only 16 months old. there must have been contagious germs on the furniture appliances bathroom, bedding, etc…my wife found three pillow cases on one pillow, she had to disinfect everything …

The price was cheaper compared to hotels

The unit wasn't clean, not enough blankets for 6 pax the care taker just told us to go up with no proper orientation and handing over the unit. Informed the care taker that the comforter has yellow stained and blood stained but didn't reply and no other options was given as such replacing with clean blankets not accomodating because no follow ups after given feedback. You travel for leisure we're not expecting hotel facility but atleast we deserve clean sheets, furthermore i requested for 6 pax but we we're given 2 sheets only.
