Spacious and clean with good views and convenient location

Weak wifi made internet-only TV unwatchable on one evening. Shower seems to lack cold-water feed and was too hot to use. Kitchen could be better equipped eg cafetiere, oven gloves, more crockery

"Milford Haven stay"

Very nice and spacious apartment. Very comfortable beds and central to all the areas we wanted to visit during our stay. Also very nice places to eat next door in the Lord Nelson pub and at the Harbour Master in the Marina.

"Basically pleasant flat but our stay spoilt by problems that could be easily remedied ."

Good location to stay for a family funeral . Spacious . Could have been cleaner , especially the access hallway and stairs .

No wifi . After several requests to the owners this wasn't fixed and they were disingenuous with their response . Dangerously hot , unreliable shower . No soap of any sort in the bathroom

"Lovely apartment, but needs more amenities"

Lovely apartment, comfy beds, clean. Easy check in and good communication.

As it's an apartment, it would've been great to have better amenities. There was no hand soap in either bathroom or kitchen. We had a message to clean all dishes before leaving (which is expected), however there was no washing up liquid or sponge so had to go out and buy some before we left. Also, we were only given 1 toilet roll for 4 of us for a two night stay so had to buy more of that too. Other bits like oil and salt would've been a nice touch too.
