Clean room with extra amenities provided (beach gear like two towels, chairs, umbrella and a beach bag). Washer and dryer were a plus, as was the fridge and sink, and lots of places to plug USB cords into for charging your electronics. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive.

It was very cozy and super clean. Súper convenient location close to everything. Just 30 minutes away of the beautiful Honeymoon Island and 10 minutes away of Madeira Beach.

The unit does not have an ac temperature control. But the owner responded quickly when we told them to make it cooler.

I'm a local and a friend from Boston (pictured in our cute yard) flew down for our annual 'Too Young to be Widows Retreat'. The room was cozy and perfect for two, the yard with umbrella table was very comfortable and where we spent a lot of time. The Pinellas trail, an elevated section was 20 feet or so behind our little yard and had busy times... That said, while the first day it felt a little invasive, the next day, it was more entertaining watching the bikers and runners who honestly never paid us any attention. We went about our vacationing without any worries. A MUST ADD: The host were great, always available if needed but NEVER intrusive.

Wasn't a fan of the ring doorbell camera over the door facing the outdoor table or the flood light that came on after dark with movement. BUT, the host were kind enough to allow us some leeway with these... for privacy and to cut down on the flying bugs that are attracted. So really, no complaints on these two things. Everything was easily adjusted and the host allowed us the comfort we wanted aka needed.
