"Quiet studio in nice neighborhood with fenced yard to accommodate a dog."

Studio apartment was centrally located to Clearwater & St Petersburg. Met our needs to a tee, especially the fenced yard for our elderly pooch. Quiet neighborhood to walk our dog & just a couple blocks to the Catholic Church. Owner very responsive to questions or requests. Wish we could have transported our bikes to ride on the Pinellas bike trail literally in the backyard. Nice parks in Seminole to visit close by.

We were very happy with how everything we could possibly need was there. The location was great and we enjoyed the privacy.

We would have preferred to have control over the air conditioning, we were warm a few times at night.

All easy going. Very clean and neat place. Quiet place. Own parking spot. Washing machine plus dryer, kitchen appliances for a short stay. In essence: Feeling sort of home away.
