Really helpful with a last minute booking. The room was very clean and beautifully present.

Everything was pretty nice and tidy. The location was really good, near the center and the neighborhood was good even at night cuz it has clubs nearby so people were walking in the street.

The leg of the sofa was broken, so we were very careful with it to avoid causing any further damage. Also the heat system was like a gas stove, never seen it before, took some hours for us to figure it out after some videos I searched on YouTube. I also asked the owner for help but he/she sent me a video in her spoken language.

The room was perfect for my expectations. Very clean, comfy room. Heater, Wifi, water heater and every other supply works perfectly. Location is very cental.

Elevator was out of order.

Very bad hospitality ! The sofa bed was broken and the third person couldn’t sleep. They didn’t inform us earlier but they just booked us an apartment for two actually and we paid for three. They told us that they fixed it the day after but it was a lie. I asked them for another apartment they told us that they may have only for the last day. They never changed the broken bed and they never changed us the apartment. Actually they told us that the broken bed was ok for the third person to sleep. I asked them to return the amount for the third person but they were kidding on me and they promised that they will manage it. It never happened. Lies only. Awful experience . The bathroom also smelled awful. Disappointed a lot. Don’t visit the apartment with the unreliable owners

everything was perfect , location++++,very comfortable and well decorated studio ! I'll definitely book again this flat when in Budapest, the Communication with The Support was great . thanks To Eyal who really made my stay better always replying quickly to any of my requests and sharing the best tips for visit and excursions.
