The bed is a bit noisy, and it is recommended that the quality of the mattress be improved. The upper shower head is not working properly There was no towel in the kitchen, and there was only 1 towel per person - it wasn't that convenient.

Incredible location, there are many amazing restaurants nearby. Walkable to Bus and train station.

The place is very well decorated and nice . The position is excellent.

We arrived at 16:00 and the room was clean but there were no blankets, sheets, towel We have sollecitated them at least 5 times but at 22 still there was no solution. So I had to book another hotel late at night. The day after I had to come and pick up at the reception personally the blankets and towels! They explained that they had just changed the cleaning service so all apartments has the same issue or worse (some were conpletely dirty,at least ours was clean) I appreciate the fact that they offered a refund for the issue. To be honest, this is something that can happen and I generally try to understand the situation. But this time what was unacceptable was the fact that considering the emergency situation, you are chatting not with a real human but with a stupid bot on WhatsApp that keeps repeating that it will altert the staff. Finally at night we encountered some securiy guy keeping an eye at the building. It seemed to me a bit dodgy, considering the fact that there is a gentleman's bar by the building.

The studio was modern, clean fresh and quiet.

The entrance to the apartment main door did not lock properly and as my door was the first I did not feel 100% safe

- Our booking confirmation said check-in was at 12 PM, but we were told it was only at 3 PM and should pay to store our luggage elsewhere if we arrived before 3pm. After some back and forth, they agreed to 12 PM, but then ignored our calls. I went to the luggage storage place and the lady there called help to call them because they ignored the calls and our messages on WhatsApp. - The bed was very dirty—used sheets with hair from previous guests. When someone finally came with replacements, they were also dirty. We had to use a translator to insist on clean sheets. - the mattress was hardly stained everywhere as if someobe had urinated on. - The toilet floor was visibly dirty, even with dark tiles. - Communication with support was poor and frustrating. - The sofa was broken and unusable. Overall, a terrible experience. Avoid this place.

The location of the facility is nice and easily accessible. The room was large enough and clean. The host quickly answered our questions. Toilet paper and towels were forgotten. They were brought quickly. Thank you for your interest. The things I will mention as negative are that the sofa is broken, as mentioned in the comments, and the bed is an old type spring bed and creaks. Overall, we were satisfied. Thank you
