Good as the location walking distance to all famous places in Budapest with good choices of restaurants and bars. Spar supermarket for those who wants. Save neighborhood.

I would recommend to stay in this apartment for 3 nights max and for my next trip I will never choose any properties under BQA managing company. You are in touch not with the landlord or apartment owner but with the managing company BQA which has many different options in Budapest and don’t pay attention to your requests and correspondence unless its very urgent. All the conversation is supporter bu bot so don’t expect proper communication. The apartment is well maintained and clean however the entire building a bit smelly and the windows of the apartment facing the inner courtyard of the building so all smoke from the cigarettes you will feel. The amenities like toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo is better to bring with you as the quality they provide very cheap. The communication with the managing team is the biggest problem.

The small apartment was in an excellent location and very clean on arrival. We could leave the suitcases in the reception, just one street away. Gaining entrance to the apartment was very easy. Communication throughout our stay was very quick and efficient, via whatsapp messaging. The apartment block is located close to night bars but we could not hear any noise during the night.

maybe provide some extra towels, but honestly nothing bad to report!

De locatie was goed, relatief dicht bij de tram. En dicht bij supermarkt. Alles was ook proper. En goede communicatie van de host.

De douche was niet heel sterk. De keuken had geen koffiemachine en ook geen enkele pot/pan of vergiet. We kregen deze wel toen we het aan de host vroegen. Ook beperkt aantal borden.
