La posizione centrale.

Purtroppo non c'era modo di scaldare la stanza e lo staff, nonostante le molteplici segnalazioni da parte nostra, non ha mai provveduto a sistemare l'impianto di riscaldamento, facendo promesse di pronto intervento a vuoto. Le chiavi magnetiche per entrare in appartamento funzionavano ad intermittenza, costringendoci a fare vari tentativi ogni volta. La struttura in generale ed in nostro bagno puzzavano molto di urina. Infine, nota dolente anche il letto: estremamente scomodo e rumoroso. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

1- Que se tenga que ir a la recepción central a recoger las llaves a 25 minutos del alojamiento. 2- Que no funcionara el radiador. 3- Que solo hubiese una toalla por persona (ni toalla de manos) para 5 días (si es cierto que las solicitamos y nos las trajeron a los 2 días). 4- Que el edredón de la cama matrimonio sean individuales y ni siquiera habían sábanas/mantas…

The location of the apartment was great: very central, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and only 20 minute walk to the river.

The room was not as big as advertised in the pictures, and was not fully equipped for the setup - there was a kitchen sink but no dish cloth, soap or tea towel for washing up, there was a washing machine but no washing detergent, the bed was big but came with two single duvets which were very thin and not warm anough for the winter weather. Only one set of towels was provided, and no hand towels. We had to collect the keys from a central office which was atwenty minute walk away from the apartment which wasn't ideal with suitcases. I hadn't been told before arrival that this was the check-in process, I was told it was self check-in so expected that the keys would be at the property, not twenty minutes away.

Was really clean and convenient location. The entrance to the apartment and the entrance hallway to the lift looked dodgy with bins and you’ve got to climb a flight of steps to get to the lift but the apartment itself was really nicely done up and clean.

Didn’t get what was advertised. The apartment I booked had some maintenance issues so they provided an alternative similar apartment at a similarly convenient location. However, there was no washing machine and the staff insisted the accommodation type I booked doesn’t have one when all the facilities listed online about the apartment I booked stated there’d be a washing machine. Keycards are picked up from a separate location to the accommodation. I’ve seen other comments about this when booking and thought it’d be fine but I found it a bit annoying on the day I arrived. Had to take 2 metro lines from the key pick up office to the apartment, with luggages was a bit inconvenient. They even asked to drop the keycard back to the pick up office when checking out. But when I asked, they allowed me to leave it in the apartment so I didn’t have to lug my bags on 2 metro lines to their office.
