To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Gora Train Station or Sounzan Train Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Children under 12 years old cannot stay at the property. Please note that rooms do not come with a bathtub although they are equipped with a shower and a toilet. Guests must walk to the hot spring facilities located outside the property to take a bath. The hotel has a curfew at 21:00. Guests cannot enter or leave the hotel after this time. If checking in after 19:00, please contact the hotel in advance. The hotel can prepare a boxed dinner upon request. -------------------- Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. A deposit may be required at the property.

Struttura molto bella , cena tipica particolare, macchina privata per trasporto dalla stazione alla struttura , stanga molto spaziosa e curata e onsen privato in stanza molto bella

Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’assenza di acqua calda , ci hanno fornito un bagno con onsen sostituivo per mezz’ora prima del check out. Ma non è stato posticipato il check out e non ci è stata fatta alcuna attenzione sul prezzo o sul consumo di bevande extra.

Gorgeous property. Quiet. Relaxing. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff and service. Full ryokan experience. Wonderfully designed and well-appointed. The onsen was spectacular! The meal was amazing. Gifted chef.

Address on Bookings.com is incorrect. We showed up there and facility closed. Told owners about issue There needs to be a toilet in Onsen area as well as in the main bath. Onsen lovely otherwise Beautiful mountain view from dining room but not from Onsen. Only on a very sharp angle can one see

What an amazing stay we had here. Excellent room with a great onson and the food was absolutely amazing. It surpassed our expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here for a night to take a break from your busy travel schedule in Japan.

Elegimos habitación con Onsen dentro y merece muchísimo la pena. Tienen otra habitación más grande con onsen fuera (aunque también privado), pero mucho mejor dentro de la habitación. Tuvimos un problema con las maletas y nos ayudaron a resolverlo.

Parece una experiencia de lujo pero no llega a serlo. Cosas como el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba del todo bien (nos dieron una estufa y nos ofrecieron otras habitaciones). La comida fue un desastre. Si te gusta comer, te quedas con hambre. Y aunque seas una persona que come de todo, esa comida cuesta de ingerir. Menos mal que teníamos snacks y comida… Coincidió que el día que íbamos a Hakone nevó y cancelaron todos los buses y cortaron carreteras. Pensábamos que no llegábamos, tuvimos que coger cuatro trenes y tardamos dos horas más. El sitio es muy bonito pero en el mismo Hakone nevado hay pocas opciones para hacer.
